It's been another tough year in the property industry. Things are gradually improving as we emerge from recession and we have made great progress as we have overcome the really interesting challenges we have faced. Our latest results (for the year ending March '10) reflect these difficult market conditions but hopefully we are now over the worst. 

Our foundations of a strong investment portfolio and gross assets of nearly £300m, great staff and experience have helped us successfully get through the last two years. And we’re looking forward to a positive next 12 months with great progress at key schemes across the country and new initiatives.
